This is the place to stay in Key West! Rooms are fantastic, service was phenomenal, and great price. The shuttle takes you right downtown and runs almost all day. Complimentary breakfast and drinks (2 free a day) were a nice bonus. Also - shout out to Dan (our shuttle driver) and Wesley (who booked our jet ski adventure) … you guys are awesome! We will definitely be back ☀️

Had a late flight into Key West, so decided to spend the night here before moving to old Town for the rest of our trip. Our partial oven view king suite was big and clean with a comfy bed and large private balcony. The staff were pleasant and the cheekie bar at the pool is a nice touch. For $340.00 a night you can't beat it. I've paid a lot more for rooms and got a whole lot less. I would definitely stay here again.

Were frequent Hilton chain customers and were not disappointed by our stay here! Although the property was a little dated, it certainly satisfied our needs and provided a great facility for putting our heads to a pillow at the end of the day. We woke up before sunrise one morning, made a cup of coffee in the room and then walked across the street to watch a beautiful sunrise! Then, we walked back across to the main building for the complimentary Hampton Inn breakfast.

We had a girls trip here in January. Great property right and very clean across from the ocean with a lovely swimming pool (and bar with two free drinks a day/room which was fabulous). If it’s important to you gym was small but great and clean with working and most up to date precor treadmills, elliptical and a peloton bike (plus free weights). Love the bike rental program and free shuttle service. Dan the shuttle guy is the best!!!! Only suggestions would be earlier coffee service in the lobby for earlybirds like me, and more lighting in the hotel room (was kind of dark). Also it’s right by the airport but you cannot hear the planes in the room.

I have never had a bad stay here. Great location, great service and even more awesome to hang out at the tiki bar and meet people from all parts of our land and beyond. Never met a stranger here. Can't wait to go again.

Had the pleasure of staying here for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! We had a pool room view on the bottom floor. No issues with noise at all. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated with a huge bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and ran 7:30-10:30. The pool bar was awesome and usually very busy but easy to get a good drink. There were games in the pool area for kids and families to enjoy. We used both the gym and laundry facilities while there. One of the best parts was the shuttle downtown -which ran every 45 minutes. The gentleman driving were awesome and friendly! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

This hotel was clean with spacious rooms. The rooms with a second floor pool view also had a great view of the ocean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. This is close to the airport but you could barely hear the planes inside the room because of the soundproofing. The location was great with frequent shuttle service downtown. The ride downtown is about 10 minutes. Breakfast was good each morning with a nice variety. The gardens, pool and grounds were well kept. The location was also walkable to Smathers Beach. The only negative is that the pool was not heated as advertised and the gates in the pool area were not self closing which posed a safety risk. There are frequently left open.

This may be the first perfect hotel stay we’ve ever had! Super friendly staff greeted us with big smiles ALWAYS. Breakfast seemed to open early, and it was good food/coffee. The room was super clean, spacious, well appointed. The pool area was wonderful, with plenty of palm trees and shade. The tiki bar was pouring great drinks. The hotel was wonderful, and we will surely go back next time we go to Key West.
